HIGH GIGHS!

I'd just love to know what sports, if any, take peoples interest, or even thier time for that matter.

Do you have a role in any sport?

I go to a boxing gym to train at- well yeah- boxing :p

It can be tough, which is good cos you gotta push yourself until you feel sick, like yesterday night

I go on Tuesday (Mardi ) and Tursday (Jeudi ), both from 6pm-7:15pm
We have a warm up which includes normally doing 10 of every excercise (Press ups, wide arm press ups, close arm press ups, crunches, sit-ups, burgandies, frog sit-ups, torso raise and starjumps!!! :O Then we normally get the gloves on (;D) and go on the bags and punch the hell outta them for 3 rounds of 2minutes or whatever. Then there is skipping outside, or more excercise of some sort.

Also, when enough people bring thier mouthgaurd, we can spar (fight in the boxing ring)!

Yeah, back in time, when I was young, healthy and promised to a successful fate, we had sport classes. I wasn't too bad at badminton ( no pun intended, cause this one sucks ), but I sucked at team sports like volleyball. We also had the same warm-up as you, including some exercises.

I didn't know you were a boxer Ecy This is nice :p

I love martial arts. I've been doing judo when I was 14, it was really fun
Now, I lack time. I still train alone with my nunchaku, but I don't have a high level of mastering. I could lay down some bastards in the streets if needed ( my faithful weapon is always in my bag, since I've already been attacked ; Paris can be dangerous when night has fallen ), but that's all, nothing too serious.

And of course, I practice Doom as an e-sport :p

I practice knife throwing, footing/running everyday, when i'm not injured

And some close fight with friends, something like 1 or 2 half-day per month

Boxing was easy tonight!!! which is bad!!! We done the normal warmup and then ran in a circle around the small gym whilst listening for numbers that represented commands i.e. '1' is touch the floor with your left hand, '2' right hand, '3' is both hands and '4' is change direction etc :p

Still, I feel good! The best bit is afterwards when I have a nice walk home in the dark and cold. Nothing better to be honest.

I don't have boxing on thursday as the older group are hosting some big fights in a hotel in Silverlink, Newcastle against an irish gym called Gleann ABC... or something :p. So I will miss that!

Why am I telling you all this, I do not know, but I love each and every one of you!

How long you practising box anyway ?
Do you plan to fight with other [dp] members ? ;]

Yeah I plan to kick the shit out of all them except the queen!

I have been practising since the whole of last boxing season, and half of this season so far, which has not been long.
