Actually I thought it would be useful for non-French members, but they're quite rare. :p

I've learned by speaking directly in english message boards.

I don't recommend google translator, it's more a support to check your vocabulary.

Try also to think in english time to time and to watch DVDs in english too.

And since you love music, try to learn English by listening and signing the lyrics :p
